No phone number. No email. End-to-end encrypted messaging with money built in — your identity is your keys, and payments run on the Stellar blockchain.
Android · Free · Testnet
Every message is encrypted on your phone before it leaves. A relay carries it only until it is delivered, then deletes it. No server ever sees your plaintext.
A 12-word BIP39 mnemonic generates your Stellar address and NaCl encryption keys. Your phrase restores your account on a new phone (old chats stay on the old one).
Each message gets its own key (X3DH + Double Ratchet), so a stolen key cannot open past messages. It is encrypted before it leaves your phone, and the relay never sees plaintext.
The encrypted message goes to a relay, which holds it only until your recipient picks it up. Ordinary messages are free; payments use the Stellar network.
Your recipient's app collects it, confirms delivery so the relay deletes its copy, and decrypts it locally. Only they can read it.
Everything Signal and Telegram won't give you.
No phone number. No email. No real name. Your identity is a 12-word phrase and an @username you choose.
Search any user by their @username. No address copy-pasting, no QR scanning required.
Send Stellar (XLM) directly inside any conversation. Money and messages in one encrypted thread.
Relays hold your encrypted message only until it reaches your recipient, then delete it; undelivered messages expire after 14 days. We cannot read them, and your chat history lives only on your phone.
Your 12-word phrase restores your account on a new phone. Old chats stay on the old phone, and only one phone can use an account at a time.
Ordinary messages cost nothing. Only payments pay Stellar's network fee (0.00001 XLM).
Every message uses a fresh key that is then deleted. If a phone is compromised later, messages already sent stay sealed. Safety numbers let you check that nobody swapped a key.
Message text is stored encrypted on your phone. An optional fingerprint or PIN lock also blocks screenshots and hides MESH in the app switcher.
Five phases. Built in public. Every milestone earned before the next one starts.
MESH uses the Stellar blockchain for money: send XLM to anyone inside a chat, settled in seconds for a fraction of a cent. Ordinary messages never touch the blockchain, so who you talk to is not written to a public ledger. We are proud to build on one of the most efficient and accessible blockchain networks in the world.
MESH is an independent project — no VC funding, no team, no shortcuts.
Born in Lebanon. Studied history and political science at Lebanese University in Beirut. Self-taught in software development — no computer science degree, no bootcamp. I work 12-hour shifts as a professional driver and build MESH in the remaining hours. The project started because I believe private communication is a right, not a product feature. Everything you see was designed, built, and shipped by one person, using determination more than credentials.
